3. Photo Data Handling
Photos are immediately and permanently deleted after analysis.
- Face photos uploaded by users are used solely for AI compatibility analysis and are not stored on our servers.
- Photos are processed in real-time through the AI analysis engine and are immediately deleted upon completion of the analysis.
- We do not retain, copy, share, or transfer photo data to any third party.
- No facial recognition data or biometric identifiers are stored.
4. Personal Information Retention & Deletion
Name and date of birth information are automatically deleted after 90 days.
- Names (or nicknames) and birth year/month provided for analysis are retained for up to 90 days to support shared result viewing.
- After the 90-day retention period, all personal information is automatically and permanently deleted from our systems.
- Users may request early deletion of their data at any time by contacting us.
5. How We Use Your Information
Collected information is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Generating AI-based couple compatibility analysis results
- Creating and displaying Couple Destiny Cards
- Enabling shared result link functionality
- Improving service quality and user experience
6. Third-Party Services
The Service uses the following third-party services:
- Google Gemini AI — For compatibility analysis processing. Photos are transmitted via API for analysis only and are not stored by the AI provider.
- PayPal — For secure payment processing of paid features. Payment information is handled entirely by PayPal and is not stored on our servers.
- Vercel Analytics — For anonymous usage statistics. No personally identifiable information is collected.
7. Data Security
- All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
- Access to stored data is strictly limited and access-controlled.
- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of data.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 14. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 14 has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
