Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the company and users regarding the use of the AI Couple Compatibility service (hereinafter "the Service").

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

  1. "Service" refers to the AI-based couple compatibility analysis service, including face reading analysis, compatibility scoring, and destiny card generation.
  2. "User" refers to any person who accesses and uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
  3. "Content" refers to all analysis results, images, text, and data generated through the Service.

Article 3 (Nature of the Service)

  1. The Service provides AI-based couple compatibility analysis for entertainment purposes only.
  2. Analysis results do not constitute scientific, medical, or psychological advice and should not be relied upon as such.
  3. All compatibility scores and interpretations are generated by AI and may not accurately reflect real-world relationships.

Article 4 (User Obligations)

  1. Users shall not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  2. Users shall not upload photos of persons without their consent.
  3. Users shall not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Service.
  4. Users shall not use the Service to harass, defame, or cause harm to others.

Article 5 (Intellectual Property)

  1. All intellectual property rights related to the Service (design, code, AI models, etc.) belong to the company.
  2. Users may share their own compatibility results via the sharing features provided, but may not use Service content for commercial purposes without prior consent.

Article 6 (Paid Services)

  1. Certain features (such as the Couple Destiny Card) may require payment.
  2. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g., PayPal).
  3. Refund policies are governed by the respective payment provider's terms. Due to the nature of digital content generated instantly, refunds may not be available once the content has been delivered.

Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)

  1. The company shall not be liable for any decisions made based on the Service's analysis results.
  2. The company shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond its control.
  3. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Article 8 (Privacy)

The collection and handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy before using the Service.

Article 9 (Modification of Terms)

  1. The company may modify these Terms as necessary and will notify users of significant changes.
  2. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Article 10 (Governing Law)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved in good faith between the parties.
